At ASIC Behavioral Health, we believe meaningful mental health care begins with understanding the individual behind the symptoms. We provide compassionate, personalized psychiatric care for children and adults, focusing on each patient’s unique needs, experiences, and treatment goals.
Our services include comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and supportive therapy integrated into medication management appointments. We treat a range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, insomnia, and bipolar disorder.
We also place special emphasis on women’s health and minority health, recognizing the importance of inclusive, respectful, and individualized care. Our goal is to create a comfortable environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their mental health journey.
Support Through Every Stage of Life
Mental health needs can look different depending on age, development, circumstances, and life experiences. We provide psychiatric care for both children and adults, with treatment plans designed around the individual.
We strive to create a supportive environment where patients and families can feel comfortable asking questions, discussing concerns, and participating in their care.
Understanding the Unique Aspects of Women's Mental Health
Women's mental health can be influenced by many factors throughout different stages of life. At ASIC Behavioral Health, we place special emphasis on women's health and recognize the importance of considering the individual circumstances that may affect emotional and psychological well-being.
Our approach is focused on providing thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care while treating every patient with compassion and respect.
Dr. Lennon is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care for children and adults.
With a whole-person approach to psychiatric care, Dr. Lennon understands that mental health and physical health are closely connected. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, the focus is on understanding each patient’s unique experiences, concerns, and goals to develop an appropriate and personalized treatment approach.
Dr. Lennon provides psychiatric medication management paired with supportive therapy during medication management appointments, creating an opportunity for patients to discuss their symptoms, challenges, progress, and coping strategies as part of their ongoing care. When additional specialized therapy is appropriate, referrals can also be coordinated.
Areas of clinical focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, insomnia, mood disorders, and women’s mental health, among other psychiatric concerns. Dr. Lennon’s treatment approach includes person-centered, culturally sensitive, solution-focused, and supportive care.
